It looks like you have multiple VIP accounts, which is not allowed as part of the current T&Cs. for my 2nd account can be: Everything behinde the + is ignored and it will send the mail to your "main mail".I had an email from LEGO VIP program on the 8th July, which kind of states what you had (multiple accounts): The Change of my mail provider was helping me with my couple first accounts, but i didnt want to have different accounts with the last ones so i started using the "+" Trick with gmails. The LogIn Server will "ban" you from creating alt accounts if it seems that you are creating to much or are trying to login to much in a certain time. I solved the Problem by creating alt accounts on a pc of a friend that's not playing gw2 or at work. You can then contact the support with your account mail and the account name you wanted to get it unbanned.
Sometimes the account will be banned due to security checks. Try logging into this account to double check it. Usualy your account got created even when it shows a error code. I had no problems creating alt accounts before that, but after the sales i had huge problems. The LogIn Servers got burned with requests. The fun started with gw2 being 50 % off due to codes from amazon prime (and people getting a free core account from it).
